Farm Discovery wants to hear how we can support you and your family’s summer plans/needs during these dynamic times.
We need to know from you what would work.
This survey will help us better understand what our community could use from us if Shelter-in-Place continues.
We hope Shelter in Place orders will be safely lifted in time so that we can offer our Summer Camps, LIT and Junior Staff programs.
(with added sanitizing and existing stringent hygiene protocols in place)
To save your spot we recommend making your fully refundable booking.
If the Shelter-in-Place order continues, we want to have a back-up plan that will support our community by offering Farm Discovery as a resource for childcare for essential workers over the summer, in place of our camps (COVID protocols would apply).
While programming would be similar with many of our familiar traditions and projects in place, Farm Discovery Summer Childcare would be different from camp in order to comply with Shelter in Place provisions.
Kids would be in stable groups of 11, one Leader in Training and 1 staff person for a full 4-week session.
We will offer two separate groups per session that will not interact or share facilities. We would be limited to 22 kids total.
Session 1: 6/8-7/3,
Session 2: 7/6 – 7/31.
Please help us determine if we can make this a viable contingency plan to both support you our community and Farm Discovery’s resilience over the long term by taking our short survey (link above).
You can support Farm Discovery’s ongoing success and resilience even in these challenging times.
Let’s come through this together, healthy and as a community.
