2. A 2018 Fall Culinary series at Live Earth Farm in collaboration with Farm Discovery at Live Earth Farm, Bruxo, Colectivo Felix, Ritual Kitchen, State Street Honey, Kin & Kitchen.

Join us on Sunday, December 2nd at Live Earth Farm 3-6pm! Chef Diego, from Colectivo Felix and HOME will teach us how to cook Argentinian cuisine with fire! We’ll be warming up winter around a cob hearth and wood-fired oven!

Make Food with one of our favorite chefs and dine in a beautiful place where we can enjoy the seasons changing!

3-hour class is $85.00 per person. Please contact with any questions. We are also looking for volunteers, who would like to participate in the workshop and help us with the logistics of putting it on (you can attend for free)!

Diego will lead an introductory South American cooking class meant to inspire and develop an appreciation of South American food culture. We’ll be cooking with fire and embracing the warmth of winter while dining with friends!

Colectivo Felix is based out of Santa Cruz, CA and creates spontaneous, unrepeatable dining experiences in homes, restaurants, wineries, farms, barns…you name it! They can adapt to almost any space, while maintaining the Colectivo Felix philosophy. Colectivo Felix prepares local and indigenous ingredients of their surroundings while using Latin American cooking techniques and recipes researched over the years wandering the continent!
