As the school year comes to an end, so does our beloved Distance Learning Farm Care program. This was a new adventure for us and our students will agree that this year did not come without some unique hurdles. However, looking back at the year we have shared together, it is amazing to see how much we have all grown and what we have accomplished.
Most of the campers that we have had at Farm Care have been with us for the entire school year and it has been a privilege to be able to learn, explore and play together at the farm through all of the seasons.
According to the campers, some highlights have been playing with the chickens and ponies, veggie nachos, making and playing with new friends, fort building, fresh strawberry popsicles and lizard catching!
