Enjoy a farm to table feast in the fields at Live Earth Farm in support of Farm Discovery!

Farm Discovery works to empower youth and families to regenerate health in food, farming, nature and community. Through farming and cooking we explore nutrition, environmental stewardship and social justice on field trips, through summer jobs, summer camps, overnight farm immersions, family field days, and several annual events.

In the past year our pivots and adaptations included a new produce distribution partnership with farms, pantries and meal programs, improving access to organic produce for vulnerable community members and virtual and small group programming in the open air on the farm, including the support of families in distance learning. We hope to resume our school based programs this fall.

Join us as we enjoy a menu featuring seasonal organic produce from Live Earth Farm prepared by Chefs Jessica Yarr, Diego Felix and others. Chef Jessica, previously part of Assembly, is the owner of Chicken Foot. Chef Diego just opened Fonda Felix. Chefs Jessica and Diego will be showcasing the produce of Live Earth Farm during the most bountiful part of the farming season, and the meal will be paired with delicious Storrs Winery & Vineyards, Chesebro Wines and Discretion Brewing.

When: Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.

price per person varies by ticket type

With your continued support we hope to raise $75,000 in valuable funds to support our programs!
