My name is Ulises Castillo. I am a Watsonville native born and raised. Agriculture has been part of my life since a very young age, growing up my family would take me to work with them in the raspberry fields. I can still remember bringing empty containers and taking full ones in order for my aunts to continue harvesting, making it my first job at age 5. I went to Alianza elementary from kinder all the way to sixth grade. Then to Rolling Hills and for high school I was part of the first two classes to inaugurate the Pajaro Valley High School campus. I have been working in the agriculture field since I can remember taking breaks from it to try other industries but I have always come back and now have taken my agriculture career to the next level by getting a higher education and working for farm discovery
