Apple-Palooza Workshop

Enjoy a day full of fall flavor! Join us for a hands-on experience at the farm that celebrates the coming of fall with the season’s most abundant crop: apples!

Part 1: Harvest Experience We’ll begin by picking the ripest and most blushing apple varieties from our fields and discussing the history of apple farming in the Pajaro Valley.

Part 2: Tasting Experience With our harvest, we will use our hand-crank press to enjoy fresh pressed cider. In the kitchen, we’ll also bake cinnamon apple galettes and enjoy them together. Participants will get to take home a galette recipe card and a bag of apples from the farm!

All materials will be provided. Workshop will proceed even in the event of rain.

Please bring a water bottle, good walking shoes, and a snack if desired.
