On September 19th, Farm Discovery will host its annual farm to table benefit dinner featuring courses by Chef Pamela Burns of Wild Plum Cafe, Chef Diego Felix of Fonda Felix and Chef Tyler Riener of Circle and Square Bistro. Join us as we reflect on 19 years of impact.
Watsonville, CA, July 2, 2026 – Farm Discovery has a nourishing feast in store during its annual benefit dinner. This 5-course feast is crafted from Live Earth Farm produce along with Morris Ranch beef. During this late summer evening, Chef Pamela Burns and Chef Tyler Riener will work their magic to craft a plant forward adventure for your palette. Each course is paired with a different local wine from J. Lohr, Chesebro, Scheid, and Dot Winery and beer from Discretion Brewing.
Tickets for this five-course farm to table meal with beverage pairing start at $150. The evening begins with live music by the Free Elements, a cocktail from locally sourced ingredients, and interactive stations around Farm Discovery. Chef Diego Felix’s Argentine empanadas are the highlight of our appetizers, as guests wander through the farm exploring its wonder and collect stamps for a raffle entry.
Farm Discovery at Live Earth is a farm-based education nonprofit in Watsonville. We empower youth and families to build and sustain healthy food, farming, social and natural systems. By developing environmental literacy, teaching farming skills, and transforming food habits that support personal, community and environmental health we encourage students to build a relationship with food that is healthy for people and the environment. A special emphasis is placed on reaching underserved community members in the Pajaro Valley to bolster individual and whole community health.
