Thank you. You are helping reconnect our community to healthy food, and providing hands-on opportunities for people to learn about and help build sustainable food systems. Our on-farm events and family programs are opportunities for kids to share the farm with their families. Your support makes the initial contact in our programs and the follow up events and programs accessible.

On behalf of the board, staff, and volunteers of Farm Discovery at Live Earth, thank you so much for your gift to support Farm Discovery’s events and programs.

More than 2,800 children, teens and families take a big step towards better personal, community and environmental health annually in Farm Discovery’s unique activities and events. These participants include socio-economically disadvantaged students; community organizations and local businesses; as well as parents, teachers and families.

Sometimes the positive difference a hands-on experience makes is immediately clear, and sometimes it emerges years later. In all cases, it’s because of meaningful gifts like yours that we can inspire change in people’s perspectives and in the way they interact with our food systems and our environment.
