With quieter times on the farm, our homeschool program and Wavecrest Montessori students are the lucky kiddos spending time on the farm. This month, Homeschool enjoyed our (finally!) ready carrots to turn into some pickled magic, while helping sow some peas for the future. The Wavecrest Montessori students are back in the swing of things, with special projects like goat health and building new bee boxes. Field trips will start up again this March (weather depending) and we are almost booked! Spring field trips include farm/garden skills, nutrition education, baby animals (chicks coming soon!) and tasting (strawberries in our near future!).
